Opening of the Riksdag session

<p>At the request of the Speaker, the King will declare the 2013/14 parliamentary session open. The Prime Minister will then read the Statement of Government Policy. The ceremony will be interpreted into English and can be followed via the Riksdag webcast service. Invited guests only.</p>
