1. Having met in order to conclude
the Uruguay Round of Multilateral
Trade Negotiations, representatives
of the governments and of the
European Communities, members
of the Trade Negotiations
Committee, agree that the
Agreement Establishing the World
Trade Organization (referred to in
this Final Act as the ”WTO
Agreement”), the Ministerial
Declarations and Decisions, and
the U nders ta nd ing on
Commitments in Financial
Services, as annexed hereto,
embody the results of their
negotiations and form an integral
part of this Final Act.
