The Board for the Examination of Transitionary Restrictions for Ministers and State Secretaries
The Board for the Examination of Transitionary Restrictions for Ministers and State Secretaries examines matters relating to transitionary restrictions for individuals who are or have been ministers or state secretaries, and who intend to start a new assignment or new employment that is not connected with central government activities or to set up business operations.
The Board is appointed by the Riksdag and consists of a chair and four other members.
