Everyone is welcome to visit and use the Library. The Riksdag Library is situated in a beautiful building at Storkyrkobrinken 7 A in Stockholm.

The Riksdag Library’s discovery tool enables you to find almost everything in the Library’s collections. Here you will find extensive material including the Library's books and e-books, articles and journals. Log in to My account to order books and view your loans.
Anyone who has reached the age of 18 and has a personal identity number or coordination number is eligible for both home loans and reading room loans. Others are only eligible for reading room loans.
Once you have registered as a user, you can request, reserve and borrow books. On the page Request and borrow you will find information about how to borrow publications from us.
