Swedish contribution to NATO’s presence in Finland

Constitutional right to abortion and increased opportunities to limit freedom of association and right to citizenship
The Government proposes, among other things, that the right to adoption be introduced to the Instrument of Government as a new fundamental right and freedom. The Riksdag has voted in favour of adopting the Government’s proposed amendments to the Instrument of Government, pending a second decision.
A more flexible rental market
The Riksdag voted in favour of the Government’s proposal for a private rental law with amendments to, for example, the Land Code and the Tenant-Ownership Act.
Qualification requirements to be introduced for certain social insurance benefits
The Riksdag has voted in favour of the Government’s proposal to introduce qualification requirements for certain residence-based social insurance benefits. Examples of such benefits include parental allowances at basic and minimum level, child allowances, sickness benefit in the form of guaranteed benefits and housing allowances.
