The Riksdag Administration is responsible for and manages the Twitter account @Sverigesriksdag. The Riksdag Administration tweets and answers general questions on weekdays between 9 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. The aim is to increase knowledge about the Riksdag and its work.

The Riksdag Administration is not liable for the contents or functioning of any links to external websites included in Twitter posts.

It is possible for everyone to read tweets and comments published on the Riksdag Twitter account, and these consequently become official documents. Films on the Riksdag's Youtube channel can be viewed by everyone and they consequently become official documents.

Contributions and comments that are published on the Speaker's Twitter and Instagram accounts can, in certain cases, become official documents.

The Riksdag Administration is responsible only for the personal data it has itself published on Twitter, not for personal data published by other users. This is because the Riksdag is unable to influence what is published in other people’s tweets.
