How to search the register
- In the search box you can enter search terms. If you know the reference number of the document you are looking for, you can enter it in the search box. The Riksdag Administration's reference numbers are normally written as follows: 43-2016/17, where 2016/17 stands for the Riksdag session (parliamentary year) that the document belongs to.
- Below the search box you can choose various filters to limit your search. The figures in brackets show how many documents have been registered within different categories, for example Riksdagsförvaltningen or different parliamentary committees, for example konstitutionsutskottet.
- You can also limit your search by using dates.
- Next, click Sök in the register. A hit list will appear.
- To select a document that you wish to access, click Lägg till.
- The document/s you have selected are now visible in the field Handlingar att begära ut. Click Begär ut handlingar when you are ready to proceed with your request.
- You can check your request on the page Begär ut handlingar. If everything is correct, enter your email address. Click Skicka begäran.
