The Speaker Andreas Norlén participates in EU Speakers’ Conference in Prague
On 24–25 April, the Speaker Andreas Norlén participated in the annual Conference of the Speakers of the EU Parliaments (EUSC). The Conference was held in Prague in the Czech Republic.
Discussions at the Conference included support to Ukraine and safeguarding and developing democracy. The Speaker Andreas Norlén held one of the main addresses in the section on Ukraine.

During the Conference, the Speaker also had bilateral meetings with a number of Speakers of other parliaments including the President of the Italian Chamber of Deputies Lorenzo Fontana, the Speaker of the Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk and the Presidents of the House of Representatives and the Senate of the Dutch Parliament.
