President of the European Parliament visits the Riksdag

On 27 March, the Speaker Andreas Norlén received the President of the European Parliament Roberta Metsola.
During her visit to the Riksdag, in addition to the Speaker, the President of the European Parliament Roberta Metsola and her delegation met with members of the Riksdag from the Committees on Constitution, the Committee on Foreign Affairs and the Committee on EU Affairs. Issues relating to interparliamentary cooperation, the European Electoral Act and geopolitical challenges were discussed.
