Inquiry into conditions for implementation of meetings of the Chamber

The Riksdag voted in favour of a proposal to initiate an inquiry to review the conditions for securing the safe implementation of meetings of the Chamber, and announces this to the Riksdag Board.
The Riksdag also rejected around 40 proposals on the Riksdag's work procedures in motions from the general private members’ motions period 2024, and refers, among other things, to ongoing inquiries.
The proposals concern, for example, the opening of the Riksdag session, seating in the Chamber, the right to submit private members’ motions, an inquiry into the role of the opposition and the economic conditions of the members of the Riksdag.
